The longer story:
My name is Cornelia Lichtner. I am 47 years young and live in the beautiful town of Bühl, near Baden-Baden, in Southern Germany. For almost 20 years, my main profession was in corporate communications.
I studied literature and philosophy in Freiburg im Breisgau and Cambridge, UK. My choice of subjects stemmed from my passion for the big questions in life: Who are we? Who can we become? But I also wanted to be an artist – I am a singer-songwriter. And I wanted to write books and change the world.
In short: with diverse interests and ambitions, I realised at a young age that I had a natural talent for stressing myself out… Thanks to a tip from a friend, I discovered mindfulness meditation in 2005… Finally, I found – within myself! – realistic answers to the profound questions that had been troubling me since my youth. So, since 2010, I have been a certified MBSR teacher (mindfulness training according to Jon Kabat-Zinn).
How I came to yoga is a funny story – and it has a lot to do with intuition: I was in a very stressful phase of my life and looking for a holiday destination. I had wanted to go to Ireland for a long time. So I googled it. To my own surprise, however, I typed in ‘Ireland’, “holiday” and ‘yoga’ – even though I had never done yoga before! In short: I ended up at a wonderful yoga retreat and found another building block of happiness for myself! That was in 2007, and I have now been a yoga teacher myself for several years.
But at some point, I realised that there was something else behind the ‘coincidences’ and lucky breaks in my life: intuition! It turned out to be my most important teacher. It is far-sighted, loving, incorruptible and wise. Sometimes crystal clear and insistent, sometimes rather quiet or enigmatic, but always inspiring.
As an artist, I have known the state of flow and creative flow for ages: I have been writing songs since I was 12 and have now recorded two albums of my own music as a singer-songwriter. My creative streak – I also write, dance and paint – is helpful in connecting with my intuition. My suspicion is that creativity and intuition are twin sisters!

In 2021, I moved back to my hometown to help my mother care for my father, who had dementia. Sadly, my dad passed away in the summer of 2023. But I am very grateful for the intense and precious time we had together until the end.
At the same time as caring for my father, I was working full-time as a PR expert in a company. And corporate communications can often be very stressful! If you like variety in topics and roles, meticulous research, implementation sprints and strategic communication finesse under high pressure, this is the place for you. I love it!
However, the topic of how to stay healthy under intense and multiple stresses was also very present in my life! It’s a topic that interests me anyway, because as a child I suffered from asthma, missed a lot of school as a result, and worked my way out of the hole with a lot of effort and willpower. I was extremely successful at school, but later learned to lovingly transform some of my patterns from that time.
In short: the topic of energy management at work has fascinated me for a long time, especially since I am also highly sensitive. I therefore offer courses on topics close to my heart, such as intuition, mindfulness, energy management and self-leadership – especially with regard to work. I also offer one-to-one support on these topics and individual challenges, such as finding inner sources of strength, achieving a sustainable and healthy energy balance for ambitious and highly committed people, and finding one’s calling.
In autumn 2024, I passed the examination to become a naturopath limited to the field of psychotherapy and now accompany people individually on their way back to mental health and balance on site in Bühl / Baden.
So my journey of development and discovery continues – and remains exciting!
One thing I already know for sure today is that even in a world full of chaos, noise and suffering, we can find our way, inner peace and fulfilment. And the more people are in touch with themselves and their inner voice as a source of guidance and wisdom, the better it is for all of us and the whole world. Personal development towards healthy self-leadership, which is also characterised by empathy and connection with others, is central to living a happier, more meaningful and peaceful life.
I look forward to accompanying you on this exciting journey and supporting you with my knowledge and experience on your path to more energy, flow and fulfilment at work and in life as a whole!
